Description

This mid-19th century building began as a Baptist Church and was later used as The Salvation Army Hall. It is two storeys high and has a colourwashed exterior. The building features a pediment-shaped gable and long-and-short quoins, topped by a stringcourse. The first floor has three sash windows with only vertical glazing, set within round-headed arcading with panels beneath. A central doorcase is topped with a cornice and console brackets. The ground floor also has two sash windows with vertical glazing, each framed by a moulded architrave.
