Description

61 Marsham Street is a building dating from around 1860. It has two storeys and attics, constructed from painted brick. The façade features two projecting gables, each with one bay, and a recessed centre bay. The slate roof complements the overall design. The windows are primarily three-light mullioned and transomed casements, which include hood moulding and Gothick glazing, except for the centre window on the first floor, which is a two-light design. The entrance is centrally located and features a doorcase beneath a tent-shaped canopy, with additional hood moulding above the door. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 56 to 61 Marsham Street.
