Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building on King Street. It is two storeys high, constructed of painted brick with a slate roof, the roofline being hipped at one end. The building has four sash windows; the first floor windows are simple sashes with vertical glazing bars. The ground floor features a carriage entrance on the left side, two round-headed windows with Gothic glazing, and a central doorcase. The doorcase has an open pediment, reeded pilasters, and a semi-circular fanlight with Gothic glazing. Numbers 70 to 86 (even) form a group.
