Description

Braunstone House is an 18th-century building located on Lugley Street. It is two storeys tall with an attic and constructed of painted brick. The gable end features a tiled roof. The façade includes six windows and one window space, with three windows set in a large curved bay on the west side. This bay is faced with wood that is grooved to imitate masonry and has a modillion cornice above it. The windows are sash style, with glazing bars and moulded flush wood frames, and they sit on block sills. Two modern windows, designed to match the original style, have been added to the ground floor. The entrance features a doorway with a flat hood supported by brackets.
