Lugley House is a mid-18th century house located on the north side of Lugley Street. It is three storeys tall and constructed of red brick. The gable end features an old tile roof, complemented by a grey header cornice and a grey header string course. The house has five sash windows, each with glazing bars, block sills, and flat brick arches. The central door consists of four fielded panels and is framed by a moulded doorcase set within an architrave that has banded rustication. The doorcase is topped with a projecting pediment supported by shaped wood brackets.
