Description
This is an early 19th century building on the west side of St James’s Street. It is three storeys high and constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, red brick dressings, and a low-pitched gable end slate roof. A wooden eaves cornice runs along the roofline. The second floor has two recessed sash windows that extend to the eaves cornice, with block sills. The first floor features a good bow window with three lights, plain strips, and thin reeded pilasters with brackets above a shallow projecting cornice. The sill also has brackets on either side with a plain apron; the glazing bars are intact. The ground floor has been modernised.
