Description
25 and 27 Lugley Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed of red brick with some grey headers, set on a rendered plinth. The gable end features an old tile roof with raised rendered coping on each gable and brick kneelers. There are two dormers, one of which is gabled. The building has two sash windows with glazing bars, moulded flush wood architraves, and block sills. The ground floor window of No 27 has been altered to a two-light sash with no glazing bars. The paired doors are located in the centre, with No 25 featuring six fielded panels and No 27 having three, both set in 19th-century plain wood cases with a bracketed hood. Access is provided by two rendered steps. A photograph of the building is available in the National Monuments Record.
