Description
This is an 18th-century building of two storeys, located on the south side of Lugley Street. It is constructed of painted brick laid on a brick plinth. The steeply pitched gable end is covered with old tile and features two skylights, with a wooden eaves cornice supported by four brackets. The windows are likely from the 19th century, recessed and in a sash style, with segmental brick arches. The ground floor window is wide and features vertical glazing bars. The double doors consist of four fielded panels, with two glazed panels above, and a rectangular fanlight. The garage doors retain their original frame and a rendered lintel. The building forms part of a group with numbers 9 to 17 on the odd numbers.
