Description

12 Lugley Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and features red brick dressings. The gable end has a slate roof and faces the street, showcasing projecting eaves. The façade includes one recessed sash window with glazing bars, topped by flat brick arches. The entrance consists of a recessed door with three fielded panels, panelled reveals, and a soffit. It has a plain wood doorcase, a reeded band along the frieze, and a projecting cornice.
