Description

14 Lugley Street is a late 18th-century building featuring two storeys and constructed of painted brick. It has an old tile roof with a gable end. A gabled dormer, wood eaves cornice, and a wide frieze have been added, along with a brick frieze that has projecting headers below. The building has one sash window with moulded flush wood frames, a camber head, segmental brick arches, and block sills. The recessed door consists of five fielded panels with panelled reveals and soffit. The plain wood doorcase, which likely dates from a later period, includes a frieze and a projecting shallow cornice.
