Description

No. 1 Lugley Street is a late 18th century building that stands two storeys high, constructed from rendered painted brick on a brick plinth. It features a gable end roof covered with old tiles. The façade includes two sash windows with glazing bars, set within moulded flush wood frames and supported by block sills. The entrance is a recessed door made up of four fielded panels, with plain reveals. It is framed by a wood doorcase that has thin pilaster strips and a bracketed hood, leading up to the door are two rendered steps.
