Description

No. 35 Highgate is a late 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed of painted brick and features a pantile roof, a moulded brick eaves cornice, and a wooden gutter. The first floor has two windows that do not have glazing bars, with stone sills and near-flush-frame sashes. The entrance is framed by a wood doorcase that is delicately detailed, featuring panelled pilasters, fluted consoles with an entablature that breaks over, and a plain rectangular fanlight. The door itself is modern.
