Description

17 Holyrood Street is an 18th-century building featuring two storeys of painted brick. It has a steeply pitched gable end roof covered with old tiles and includes two dormers with glazing bars. The building is adorned with a brick eaves cornice that has dentil headers. There are three windows on the front, with the center window being blind. The windows are sash type, with moulded flush wood frames, block sills, and flat arches. A modern shop front has been added. This property is part of a group with Nos 15 to 20 Holyrood Street.
