Description

17 Crocker Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It features purple grey headers with red brick dressings and has two inset red brick string courses. The roof is a low pitch gable end covered with slate, and there is an inset red header eaves cornice. The building has one recessed sash window with glazing bars, block sills, and flat brick arches. The entrance consists of a recessed door with six fielded panels and a semi-circular fanlight above. The door is framed by reeded imposts and a rubbed brick arch.
