Description

16 Crocker Street is a late 18th century building that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed of chequer brick with a stone plinth. The steep gable end roof is covered in slate and features a small dormer. The building has a red header eaves cornice and one sash window with glazing bars, block sills, and moulded flush wood frames. There is a painted segmental brick arch over the ground floor window. The recessed door consists of four fielded panels and has the same doorcase as the adjacent No 15.
