Description

60 and 61 Crocker Street are early 19th-century houses that stand three storeys tall. They are built of chequered brick with red brick dressings and feature a stone plinth. The low-pitched gable end slate roof has a plain wooden eaves cornice and lion head studded guttering. Each house has one recessed window, with No 60 retaining its intact sash with glazing bars, block sills, and rubbed brick flat arches. The doors are recessed, with No 61 having a four-fielded panel door, while No 60 has a modern door. No 60 also features a plain wooden doorcase frieze and a projecting moulded cornice.
