Description
Nos 12 and 13 on Crocker Street are early 19th-century buildings that stand three storeys tall. They are constructed with purple grey headers and feature red brick dressings and a plinth. The buildings have a double low pitch gable end slate roof with projecting wooden eaves cornice. There are three windows on the facade, with the center ones being blind and all are recessed sash windows with glazing bars, block sills, and flat rubbed brick arches. The entrance features paired doors that are recessed and consist of four fielded panels, two of which are glazed. These doors are flanked by three Doric pilasters that support a common frieze and cornice.
