Description
No. 15 Lugley Street is a late 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of painted brick resting on a brick plinth with a moulded edge. The roof is a half gable end made of slate, sloping towards No. 17, and features a wooden eaves cornice along with two double brick string courses.
The building has two windows on the ground and first floors, and one on the second floor. These windows are slightly recessed, sash style, with intact glazing bars on the ground and first floors. They have wooden frames, camber heads, and segmental brick arches above, with block sills below.
No. 15 shares its entrance with No. 17, featuring doors with six fielded panels set in reeded cases. Above the doors is a large semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars and decorative swags in between, all topped by a red brick arch. Access to the entrance is via two steps.
Nos. 9 to 17 (odd) form a group.
