Description

29A Lugley Street is a late 18th-century corner house that stands alongside No 12 St James's Street. This three-storey building is constructed of purple grey brick, accented with red brick dressings. The front features three plain windows with sash frames and glazing bars, all set within moulded flush wood frames. The entrance is a recessed door with six fielded panels and panelled reveals, topped by a semi-circular fanlight. The doorcase is adorned with engaged Doric columns and a broken dentil pediment.
