Description
124 and 125 Pyle Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed of painted brick with cement rendering. It features an old tile roof with gable ends and two dormers, along with a moulded brick eaves cornice. The windows are arranged with three on No 124 and four on No 125; they are recessed sash windows, with glazing bars present only on No 125. Both buildings have keystones above the windows. The entrance to No 124 has a recessed door with three fielded panels and a rectangular fanlight above it. In contrast, No 125 has a recessed door with five fielded panels, framed by a doorcase featuring reeded Doric pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. There is a plinth at the base. Nos 124 to 127 and the Apollo Theatre form a group.
