Description

No 29, part of the Rural District Offices, is an early 19th-century building that stands three stories tall and is finished in stucco. It features a low pitch hipped slate roof with a wooden eaves cornice. The building has a stucco plinth and two recessed sash windows with glazing bars and block sills. The entrance consists of a recessed door with six fielded panels and a semi-circular fanlight above. This is framed by Doric pilasters and a stucco arch.
