Description
Ivy Villa is an early 19th-century house located on Cullings Hill in Elham. The front elevation features channelled render, while the right gable end is constructed of red and grey brick. The house has a plain tile roof and stands two storeys high, with a plain wooden eaves band and a hipped roof that has the right hip returning. There are projecting brick gable-end stacks and a brick stack on the right side of the rear return. The front has a regular three-window arrangement with four-pane sashes in open boxes, with the central window being smaller. On the ground floor, there are two flat-roofed canted bays. The central entrance door consists of six fielded panels and is framed by a reeded architrave with paterae and a flat floating hood. There is a rear return wing to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
