ELHAM CULLINGS HILL (south-west side) Coleman House

(Formerly listed as Ivy Villa)

GV II House. Early C19. Channelled render to front elevation. Right gable end red and grey brick. Plain tile roof. Two storeys. Plain wooden eaves band. Hipped roof, right hip returning. Projecting brick gable-end stacks and brick stack-to right side of rear return. Regular three-window front of four-pane sashes in open boxes, that to centre smaller. Two flat-roofed canted bays to ground floor. Central door of six-fielded panels in reeded architrave with paterae and flat floating hood. Rear return wing to right.
