Description

The Manor House is an early 19th-century house located on Kinoulton Hall Lane. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with brick end stacks. The building has three storeys and a symmetrical three-bay facade. The central entrance is a 20th-century door set within a 20th-century gabled timber and brick porch. On either side of the door are segmental-headed 16-pane sash windows, with similar windows on the first floor, except for the central window, which has 12 panes. The second floor has shorter sashes with 8, 6, and 8 panes. At the rear, there is a lower gabled wing. The interior has not been inspected.
