Description
The stables located immediately north-west of The Rectory are an early 19th-century stable block. Constructed of brick and topped with a slate roof, the building has a square plan. It features three ground-floor doorways and two windows, along with two high-level pitch-holes, all of which have segmental heads. The roof is pyramidal and includes an open octagonal lantern with a pyramidal roof, a ball finial, and a weather vane. To the right of the main structure is a lower addition that has a central stack with tall octagonal paired flues.
