House, or house and workshop, now house. C17. Timber framed. Ground floor painted brick with principal posts exposed, first floor framed with two panels per bay and two to storey height, the upper panel shorter. Plain tile roof. Probably 4 timber-framed bays, that to right longer. Very slightly set back from Elham Manor (q.v.), which it adjoins to left, with slightly higher eaves and lower ridge. 2 storeys. Gabled, with gable-end stack to right. Irregular fenestration of 4 leaded wood mullion frieze windows (some still ovolo-moulded) set within upper framing panel; one four-light to left bay, one five- light to whole of left-central bay, one four-light to whole of right- central bay, and one four-light to left end of right bay. Four small casements to ground floor. Ribbed door to right-central bay. Interior not inspected. The house probably replaces the former right end of Elham Manor.
