Description

Mill House is a late 18th-century house. The lower part of the ground floor is constructed of galleted flint with brick dressings; the remainder is red and grey brick in Flemish bond, with a left gable end of flint and brick bands. The roof is covered in plain tiles and has a hipped form, with a brick ridge stack located to the right of the centre. A dentilled brick eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. The fenestration is irregular, featuring three small two-light casement windows on the upper floor. Similar windows with segmental heads are present on the ground floor. The front door has two flush panels and four sunk moulded panels, topped with a flat, bracketed hood, and is situated under the stack. A blocked opening, likely a former doorway, is to the left of the centre. At the rear is a flint lean-to with brick dressings. The interior was not inspected.
