Description

Fairview Farmhouse is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and has a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys set on a plinth, with a brick eaves cornice beneath a hipped roof. There are stacks positioned at the end right, centre left, and a corbelled stack at the end left. Each floor features three glazing bar sash windows, with the ground floor windows having segmental heads. The entrance door consists of six raised and fielded panels, topped with a segmental head and a flat hood supported by brackets. The farmhouse is included in the listing for its group value.
