Description
Mill House is a house from the late 18th century, constructed of red brick with stone dressings and a pantiled roof. It stands two storeys high and features a symmetrical elevation with three bays. The entrance has a 20th-century glazed door set within an architrave that includes a pulvinated frieze with a central blank panel and a moulded cornice. On either side of the door are four-pane sash windows with sills. The first floor also has three similar sash windows. The building is topped with a cogged brick eaves cornice, has end stacks, and displays tumbled-in brick at the raised coped gables, which include brick kneelers.
