This is a corner property of C16 origin, partly replaced and rebuilt above in the middle of the last century. 2 storey, windows on 1st floor are mid C19 on corner and early C19 on south-east face. Similar shop front beneath on south-east face, glazing bars missing. Modern shop front on corner. Roofs partly plain tiled and pantiled.

Nos 47 to 57 (odd) and Boundary Wall to No 57 with Nos 29 to 35 (odd) and Boundary Wall Harnet Street and with No 38 Bowling Street form a group.
