Description

Baileys Stores is a corner dwelling and shop with a store, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped Welsh slate roof facing High Street. The building has a narrow frontage but extends long with a projecting storage building on Station Road. On the extreme left, there is a narrow arched throughway and a late 19th-century shop front. The front includes a three-light casement window with a transom above. On Station Road, there are two-light casement windows with leading and one three-light casement window. Additionally, there is a six-panel wide door and an early 19th-century shop window with glazing bars and old glass. The roof of the return section is covered in plain concrete tiles.
