Description

The Cottage is a mid-19th century building located on Avenue Road in Herne Bay. It is two storeys high and features a pseudo timber-framed design with a quatrefoil pattern and painted brick infill. The roof is tiled, combining both plain and curved tiles, and includes one hipped dormer. The side elevation showcases two gables adorned with carved bargeboards and a finial. The building has three casement windows and a hipped porch.
