Description
No. 24 York Road is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of painted brick with a tiled roof. The facade features two sash windows, both of which retain their glazing bars, with one window having a cambered top. The entrance is marked by a simple doorcase that includes a rectangular fanlight above the door. This property, along with No. 26, is part of a group that includes No. 40 Sea Street.
