Description
La Sainte Union Convent School is a building originally constructed as a house around 1820. It is three storeys tall and finished in stucco. The ground floor features four split Doric pilasters, while the upper part of the front is flanked by Corinthian pilasters. There is a dentilled cornice and a parapet with a small pediment at the center, which is flanked by semi-circular caps. The windows are set within moulded architrave surrounds, and the glazing bars are intact. The doorcase includes columns with capitals that have an egg and dart pattern. A rectangular fanlight is situated above the door. Modern school additions have been made to the east and west of the original structure.
