Description

Grosvenor House is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of East Street in Herne Bay. It has two storeys, an attic, and a semi-basement, all finished in stucco. The roof is mansarded and covered with slate, featuring two dormer windows and a cornice with brackets at the eaves. The building has two curved windows on the ground and first floors, which retain their original glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a recessed doorcase. Grosvenor House forms part of a group with No. 4 East Street.
