Description

Fordwich House is a three-storey building dated 1830, constructed of painted brick with a slate roof that features one dormer. The roof has stone coping and a panelled parapet. On the first floor, there are two sash windows and two blank spaces, while the ground floor has three sash windows and a simple doorcase with panelled reveals and a rectangular fanlight. The right side elevation includes a gable with wooden bargeboards and a finial. The second floor has a three-light 'Gothick' glazed casement, and the two lower floors feature a three-light canted bay window.
