Description

Sutton Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on Little Charles Street in Herne Bay. It comprises two parallel ranges. The exterior is stuccoed up to two storeys, with the ground floor rusticated. The roof is slate-covered. The facade features two sash windows with intact glazing bars, and a central blank opening. A stringcourse runs along the elevation. The central doorcase has a cornice, brackets, and a rectangular fanlight.
