House and purpose built butchers shop. Cl900 Yellow stock brick with gauged red brick arches to 1st floor windows, slate roof. 3 storeys, a corner building with 2 windows to each elevation. Vertically hung sashes to Mortimer Street elevation, double storey bays with gables to William Street. Ground floor has fine butchers shop front with incised lettering gilded on to an inclined glazed fascia, the upper cornice moulding of the fascia base forming a window blind restrainer board. Each side has 2 principal windows, each divided to form an arched topped centre pane, the glazing bars being moulded and decorated at the apex, the side windows divided to form a fixed fanlight, decorated by sunburst leaded glazing in stippled glass. Heavily fluted and moulded pilasters with fascia box brackets. Stallriser in mosaic tiling depicting name, framed in raised and ornately moulded blue tiles and fielded by opaque white plain tiles with moulded blue skirting tiles. Internally is a panelled accounts kiosk with original clock.
