Description

East Cliff House, built around 1830, is a three-storey building with a basement, constructed of brown brick with a stuccoed ground floor. It features a cornice and parapet, and an iron balcony on the first floor. There are two windows on both the first and second floors, each set within moulded architrave surrounds that have cornices supported on brackets on the first floor. The entrance has doorcases with rectangular fanlights and double doors made up of six fielded panels.
