Description

Wykhurst is a house dating from the 17th century or earlier. It has a timber frame that is clad with red brick and tile hanging, topped by a plain tiled roof. The building features a lobby entry plan and consists of one storey with an attic. The ground floor is tile hung on its upper courses and has a hipped roof with two hipped dormers. There are stacks located at the rear right and clustered towards the centre right. The front includes two leaded casement windows and a boarded door situated to the centre right, which is accessed through a hipped porch. At the rear right, there is a later hipped wing.
