Description
Spring Cottage is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier, with cladding from the 18th century. It features a timber frame and is tile hung on a red brick ground floor, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a garret, with a large chimney stack projecting from the left end. On the left side, there is a two-storey bay window, while a small leaded metal casement window is located on the first floor. To the right, there is a three-light casement window on the ground floor. The central entrance consists of a boarded door set within a simple chamfered surround. There are tile hung outshots to the left and rear, with a gabled rear wing that projects through the outshot.
