Description

Little Swanton is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It has a timber frame that is covered with painted brick and tile hanging, and features a plain tiled roof. The building has an L-shaped plan, with possible 20th-century additions to the rear. It stands two storeys high, with the first floor being tile hung and a hipped roof, along with stacks on both the left and right sides. There are two wooden casement windows on each floor and a half-glazed door to the right. An outshot is present at the rear.
