Description

Brook Cottage is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with tile hanging on the first floor and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a half-hipped roof and a gabled dormer. On the first floor, there is a sash window to the left and a glazing bar sash window to the right, while the ground floor has wooden casements. A boarded door is located at the end left, set in a raking porch.
