Description

Holly Cottage is a house dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features tile hanging with ragstone on the return elevations. The roof is plain tiled and hipped, with stacks located to both the left and right sides. The building has two storeys and a regular arrangement of windows, including three glazing bar sashes on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The central entrance is a boarded door topped with a pediment supported by brackets. There are also glazing bar sashes on the return elevations.
