Description
Imber is a house dating from the 16th century, with cladding added in the 17th to 19th centuries. It features a timber frame covered with ragstone, red brick, and weatherboarding, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys; the first storey was originally entirely brick and includes a hipped roof with gablets and a central stack on the right. On the first floor, there are two wooden casements, while the ground floor has a casement and a sash window, both with cambered heads. A glazed gabled porch is located at the centre right. There is also a mid-20th century two-storey extension at the right end, which projects forward from the main block.
