Description

Maytree Cottages is a pair of cottages that were originally a house, featuring an 18th-century exterior over an older core. The structure is timber framed and clad with ragstone, with brick dressings and tile hanging on the first floor. It has a plain tiled roof and stands two storeys high, topped with a hipped roof and gablets, and a central stack. On the first floor, there are three wooden casements, with the central one being smaller. The ground floor has two wooden casements, a boarded door to the left, and another to the right. At the rear, there is a catslide outshot.
