Description

Summerhill is an 18th-century or earlier building, arranged in an L-shape. The front elevation is of two storeys and is constructed of red brick. It has a hipped roof, recently tiled, topped with a large brick chimney stack. Four 19th-century casement windows are visible. A brick string course runs along the facade, and the building stands on a plinth of Kentish ragstone. The side elevation is also of two storeys, with a tile-hung appearance and a hipped tiled roof. A doorcase dating from the 18th century features a pediment, and a single casement window is present.
