Description

No. 45 on Creech Lane is a cottage dating from the 17th century. It features a timber frame with herring-bone brick infill, while the west wall is constructed of brickwork in Flemish bond. The other walls are made of brickwork, with a plinth of brickwork, stone rubble, and flint. The roof is half-hipped and thatched, with tile roofing on the outshots. The north front elevation has one storey and an attic, with two windows, including attic windows in the gables. The windows are casements, and there is a boarded door set in a plain frame.
