Description

No. 16 on School Road is a cottage that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It features a timber frame with plaster and has a half hipped roof covered in red plain tiles that extends out at the front. The cottage has a central chimney stack made of red brick, with an additional chimney stack located to the right of a single-storey extension. The building is one storey high with attics and has a staggered arrangement of four small casement windows. The entrance is through a 20th-century half-glazed door.
