The brickwork is laid in Flemish bond below the ground-floor cill level, and the house stands above a plinth. It has a tiled roof and a symmetrical west front elevation that is two storeys high with three windows, although the centre window is blank. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The plain doorway has a six-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed.
