Description
This barn, located 100 meters southwest of Shawlands Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century. It features a timber-frame structure that is weatherboarded and sits on a plinth made of flint and brick, topped with a slate roof. The barn has five bays, with a slatted door near the left end and a two-light casement window near the right. Inside, there is a queen post roof. To the right, there is a two-bay infill shed that connects to an earlier barn.
